Can I charge people to park on my lawn for the Woodward Dream Cruise?

Ultimate Guitar Hero! asked: I live within walking distance from the Dream Cruise. Can I put up a sign and charge people $20 bucks to park on my lawn or in my driveway? Or will Ferndale Police think its a buisness of some sort?
