What is the best cruise line to take and cruise route that has single women age 21-28?

Ask questions..
There is no way to tell week to week who is on the ship. Any of them could or might not have females or males or families or kids or whatever on each sailing.
The first person who answered, told you what ship will have lots of singles. Call your travel agent and check pricing on that sailing.
You don’t need to book it with the company who put the single thing together. Often pricing is higher for special groups. Not always..
but if they have a lot of extra things going on it has to be paid for. You can meet all the people on the ship.

I would definetely say Carnival Cruise down to the Mexican Riviera it is absolutely awesome and soo many great people!!
