Anybody know how to remove the air-bag from a1993 Honda Accord with cruise control on the steering wheel?

I can take off the left side bolt, but not the right side, dew to the fact that the cruise control switches are in the way and there are no screws to remove it.

    I know on Civics and I’m assuming its very similar on Accords that the Cruise Control assembly has a cover on its side that can be removed allowing you to access the ***** for the airbag
